David received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture, with a minor in Ceramics. He is an interdisciplinary artist working with Ceramics and Wood. David’s inspiration comes from travels, nature, and places like the Mayan temples, the Chiricahua Mountains, Monument Valley and Kew Gardens. He is inspired by the shapes, colors, and the feelings he gets while engaging in all the great spaces. He conveys the richness of shape, color, and texture into the works of art, and shares the boldness of his experiences into the work for others to engage.

He encourages visitors to the gallery to “Feel free to touch the surfaces of my sculptures.”

I create sculptures from Ceramics and Wood. My inspirations come from scenic drives enjoying the natural rock formations and Hoodoo's. I also include the human form into my work, mostly in a suggestive manner, but always there.
